Christmas Food..

I've spent last Christmas with my husband and we had a lovely first Xmas as a married couple! 

I've prepared some Delia's mini tarts for the 'aperitifs'...

And my husband cooked an amazing shoulder of lamb from the recipe book of Jamie at Home by Jamie Oliver. I did recommend this cookbook!! All the dishes that we've made are amazing… And the explanations are very simple and easy to follow.

I'm a big fan of Jamie Oliver..... And few Sundays ago, I did try the Perfect Roast Chicken!
It was amazingly! Very moist and melting... We had it with some roast potatoes...
